TDI&P makes it known to the Web users, so that they freely and voluntarily decide whether to provide TDI&P with personal data that may be required to access the Web and/or any of the products, services or applications offered therein.
2. The information we collect and how we use it
To request information, send your CV or possibly proceed to the acquisition, use or download of products, services or applications, users must first provide TDI&P with certain personal data which will be treated for the purposes of addressing the requests, where appropriate, execute the online purchase, manage, deliver, expand, improve or adapt the services, products or applications offered on the Web, as well as conducting promotional and advertising activities by any means, that may be of interest.
When you purchase a product or subscribe to a service, your credit card information and other financial data that we need to process your payment are collected and stored by third party payment processors. TDI&P may collect some limited information, such as your email, mobile number and details of your transaction history. In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, for Personal Data Protection, the data provided as stated above is considered personal data and will be incorporated into the files controlled and processed automatically by TDI&P. These files are registered with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
Users guarantee and respond, in any case, the veracity, accuracy, validity, authenticity of the personal data provided, and promise to keep them updated. Users also guarantee to be over 14 years of age.
In any case, the user has a right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the regulations in force in respect of personal data collected as set above, and will be able to exercise their rights to TDI&P at the contact address outlined or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, by proper accreditation of their identity through photocopy of ID card, passport or equivalent identification, The user expressly accepts the inclusion of data collected while browsing the Web, or provided by filling in any form, including those arising from the purchasing and / or delivery of products, applications or services, in the file outlined above.
During the data collection process, and in every part of the Web in which the data is requested, the user will be informed, either through a hyperlink, either in the form itself, about the compulsory nature or not of the collection of such data.
TDI&P is committed to the use of data in the file, to respect its confidentiality and to use them in accordance with the purpose of the file, and to comply with its obligation to keep it and adopt all measures to prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, in accordance with Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulations implementing the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data.
