A comprehensive solution with three customer information collection tools

Our team in Ecuador provided a comprehensive solution based on our product LUCA Store which compiles data surrounding customers, a tool that improves the management of shopping centers, optimizing the premises and the end-user experience.
DK Management was created with the objective of offering high quality services in management and operations for several shopping centres in Ecuador. With more than 20 years of experience in the management of shopping centres, they have invested in state-of-the-art technologies to improve and optimize their processes.
Together with DK Management in Ecuador, we have created a tool which aims to improve the overall management of a shopping centre by understanding their final customers. This includes analysis on mobility and times of use within the building to help make better decisions and design actions to improve consumer experiences and the operational efficiency of the premises.
To achieve their goal, DK Management entrusted LUCA. From our part, we configured an integrated solution, based on three database tools: the collection of mobile insights based on mobility data from users in several cities in Ecuador, secondly 3D counters to identify users who visit the mall and thirdly we identified intelligent solutions via WiFi to locate the most frequented points in the shopping centre.
